Just to see if I have got this right.
My Carthaginian Trained Africans want to charge an elephant. They roll 10 for the Moral check to see if they can.
The general is within command and his DL is 9.
They have failed by 1. They invoke the "Army Battle Standard rule" so referring to the chart the result is "none".
They get to charge the elephant.

Is this correct?

We could allow it only for this morale test and that morale test and not for certain others, but I don't see why we need to.
