'Getting started' army lists will be online. This will take a while, but I expect once players have got to grips with the rules themselves and seen a few of the example army lists (that will be uploaded this week) they will create plenty of their own which will be very helpful indeed!

Once we have got well into this process, we will work on some publications.

Rob: Depending upon how long "a while" will be, it may be useful for players to simply use the exiting COE or WAB army lists as the base for list generation/conversion. Based upon the final variatino of the rules from either COE/WAB, whihc of the tow do you think is the closer example to use for lists until you have published supplements to support yout rules?

Jim,

I don't expect "a while" to be that long for basic core lists for the popular armies, (I plan to do several each day once I get motoring on it!), but yes, as I mention in the introduction to the army lists, players can convert other lists, using the War & Conquest existing profiles as a basis (either the online ones, or the examples in the book).

will the supplements be WAB-like (history, flavour, scenarios and in-period specific rules, like carachters abilities in Age of Arthur) or will they follow the path of "many AL, not much flavour"?

Simple,

the books will be based on personalities, battle and campaigns.

Basic army lists are online, for free. They will remain there and will be added to and updated as required. (Players are now sending in their lists for me to check and post)

So, you only ever have to buy the rulebook.

And, as it says in the book, if you don't have the internet, you can write to us.

We have had one customer request (at a show as it happens) for the army lists to be sent, and left me with the relevant postage cost.

So, we attempt to cover all the options and people out there
