North African Berbers - Ghuzz Horse Archers

Are Ghuzz Horse Archers:-

Skirmishers,
Light Cavalry or
none of the above?

Their special rules do not say they are Light Cav or Skimrishers, but they are Nomad Cavalry - which means they have Parthian Shot and only Skirmishers can use the Parthian Shot.

They are Skirmishers.
