Warband Question

Hi all

new to the forum so please be gentle!!!!

Have tried to search for these answers but nothing so here goes

How does a Generals Leadership affect warband units with 12"??

Does just his base value of 7 carry across, his rank modified value so 7 + 3 ranks = 10, or his base value and then the receiving unit adds its rank bonus if any??

OK you can use the generals Ld within 12". If he is also warband (and the testing unit is warband) then you can add the testing units rank bonus (if any) to that Ld. So if the unit was fleeing for example, there would be no rank bonus.

So generals Ld + testing unit rank bonus.

And if he doesn't have the warband rule himself all units within 12" can choose to use his LD or their own, whichever is higher.
