Illyricani/Sagittarii

In regards to the Late Imperial Roman List and Illyricani/Sagittarii. Illyricani have the feigned flight rule, do Sagittarii also have the feigned flight rule (as the entry only states Illyricani)? I guess my question is basically are Sagittarii an upgrade to Illyricani (and thus have the same rules) or are they a separate unit type (and no special rules apply to them). This entry has become a point of contention between several members of our local group and I am without a clear answer. I have always treated the two cavalry types as separate, but I am willing to admit the entry is unclear.

I talked it over with a friend and he pointed out that the points for the Illyricani and Sagittarii cost the same. Unless the point cost is in error, you would be overpaying a lot if the Sagittarii don't get the light cavalry and feigned flight. So I think we will will treat it as Sagittarii are an upgrade of the Illyricani.
