moral

during a game last night we had a situation when a squadron of hussars, who had four companies remaining from six, charged a squadron of carabiniers six companies strong. The resulting combat ended with two companies lost on the hussars to nothing on the carabiniers. A resounding win for the french. I was a bit surprised to find the result played no part in the command test that followed, it was as the casualties were insignificant to the moral of the unit. We both thought it would be a good idea to had severity of defeat to the moral after combat.

Any thoughts would be welcome.

I believe the British Hussars should have gotten a -1 for being below half strength and a -1 for being outnumbered 2:1 after casualties.
