Morheim? Bloodbowl? Battletech? WRG 6th? I really don't know anyone who is still playing it. Mordheim and Bloodbowl, by the way, is still avaible as PDF. WAB not. Sorry, when there is a change to get the rules, there is a chance. But, where is the WAB-PDF????

I suspect there are photocopiers all over the place gearing up to provide rules for friends and opponents as we speak!

As far as I'm, aware its not an infringment of copyright in the UK, to make copies if its not for personal profit, added to the system no longer being in production they can hardly argue its losing them money.

Afraid it is, even if a book is out of print, as it exceeds the 'fair use' provisions. Of course, you have to get caught...

All of which are attended by a die-hard core of dedicated old-time fans, but remain difficult for new recruits. In fact, it's easy to get classic Battletech rules compared to WAB. But it's great to see those lingering 6-8 of the old Battletech (or whatever) faithful at convention games. I'll be happy for those last few WAB fans at conventions/events too. Glad to see people still enjoying it. I'll enjoy it too, when there's not something better or more accessible going on.

Edit: Actually, Mordheim is easy to access and enjoyed far more promotion (and popularity) from GW, and better crossover from the WFB players, than WAB ever did. Last time we tried to get that going again we had a few people interested and it dried up after a just few games. Again, good luck to WAB. I'm sure it will be much different/popular.

Well, compared to games like Battletech or Mordheim WAB has anadvantage - you can use your 28mm historical army created for other systems...
