Kallistra trenches - how high please?

Postby Hywel Dda » Sat Dec 12, 2009 12:48 am

Can any kind soul who has 28mm Kallistra trenches advise me how high up they come - I am very tempted to get both the hexon base pieces and some trenches and whilst I can live with hexagons I am interested in how the height of the trenches looks - i.e. I don't want something that only comes to waist height etc as that looks daft - my figures are GWM and Scarab and are based on bases the size of 2p coins. Thanks

If you look in this forum for some of the event reports you can see plenty of pics of scarab minis in the kallistra trenches and theres even more on the scarab site.

This will give you a good idea.

Thanks for that - very nice layout - I presume that the trench sections have been done using the basic unflocked version and then painted and textured

Correct

The only addition is balsa planking on the sides of the trenches.

I wrote an article which was in the toofatlardies summer special

Hope the pics helped you out
