I have a 27-strong unit of Rus Militia that can be a Combined Formation. If I arm them with thrusting spears (1 point), then take the option of arming half with bows (2 points) do I
a) pay for 27 spears and 14 bows
b) pay for 13 spears and 14 bows?
Secondly, as the unit is 27 (plus a character), do I round 13.5 models (50%) up or down? I'd prefer up, as it makes the formation look better (7-wide)
